After your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping. For custom configurations or large system orders, additional processing time may be required. We will communicate any expected delays or special handling requirements directly with you during the order process.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship all orders from our facility in West Hurley, NY. Standard shipping within the continental United States is typically handled via UPS Ground. Due to the specialized nature of our equipment, certain items may require freight shipping. For orders requiring freight shipping, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details and any special handling requirements.

International Shipping

For international orders we ship via UPS international services. All international shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide detailed shipping quotes for international orders during the checkout process or via email for custom orders. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will send you tracking information via email. For freight shipments, we will provide relevant tracking details and coordinate with you regarding delivery scheduling. Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the initial shipping notification.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. For both domestic and international orders, you can also email sales@nuravine.com with your intended order and shipping address to receive an accurate shipping quote before placing your order.

Signature Requirements

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt due to the valuable nature of our equipment. For freight deliveries, please inspect all items before signing for receipt. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at sales@nuravine.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or redirect the shipment.

Delivery Issues

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. For freight shipments, we will work with you to reschedule delivery. Any additional fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts or special handling requests may be charged to the customer.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance coverage. For high-value orders or international shipments, additional insurance coverage may be recommended or required. We will discuss insurance options with you during the order process when applicable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@nuravine.com. For damaged items, please retain all original packaging materials and take photographs of any visible damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to file claims and resolve any shipping-related issues.
