Automated Grow Light Control

Nuravine Ra grow light controller with spectrum emblem

Ra runs your lighting recipes on the device itself. Spectrum, dimming, and day and night cycles, all on schedule, all from the Nuravine web app.

One controller, every zone covered

Ra 0-10V starts at $149. Set it up in minutes with any USB-C charger.

A full day of light, exactly how you want it

Schedules run on a 24-hour cycle with as many periods as you want. Ra handles the transitions so your plants get a real day, every day.

Sunrise to sunset, automatically

Build periods like Sunrise, Midday Peak, and Sunset, and Ra ramps between them on its own. The timeline shows your whole day at a glance, with live channel levels and voltages.

Jump, fade, or follow the sun

Every period can switch instantly, fade linearly, or follow a natural curve that mimics sunrise and sunset. Set a percentage per channel and Ra does the rest.

No internet? No problem.

Recipes live on the device, not in the cloud. If your Wi-Fi goes down, your lights stay on schedule.

Program it from your pocket

Build recipes on your laptop, tweak them from your phone. Ra lives in the Nuravine web app, so your lights are wherever you are. First-time setup is just as easy: Ra hosts a temporary Wi-Fi hotspot, you connect from your phone, done.

Frequently asked questions

What is Ra?

Ra is a dedicated grow light controller that automates spectrum and dimming. It runs lighting recipes on-device so your lights follow a consistent day and night cycle, with cloud scheduling, presets, and manual control through the Nuravine web app.

Can Ra control more than one lighting zone?

Yes. Ra has four channels that you can run as one 4-channel zone, two 2-channel zones, or four single-channel zones. Each zone follows its own independent schedule.

What is the difference between Ra 0-10V and Ra RS-485?

The 0-10V version outputs an analog dimming signal across four independent channels for compatible LED fixtures via an RJ12 connector. The RS-485 version controls multi-channel digital fixtures with per-channel spectrum control, a live power view, and on-device temperature safety.

Does Ra work without internet?

Yes. Ra stores and runs your lighting recipes on the device itself, so your day and night cycle keeps running even if the internet goes down.

How is Ra powered?

By 5V USB-C. Any standard USB-C phone charger or power brick works. First-time Wi-Fi setup is done through a captive-portal hotspot from your phone or laptop.

What does the temperature sensor do?

Paired with the Ra RS-485, the wired probe triggers automatic thermal safety: dim, dim further, then shut off above thresholds you set. It runs on the device, works offline, and returns lights to schedule once the space cools.

Dial in your spectrum

Automate dimming and spectrum with Ra, in 0-10V or RS-485, with optional temperature safety.
