Batch Doser

Mix first, feed second, guess never.

The world's most advanced and affordable batch doser.

It's not even close.

Every tank, fully modeled.

The Aurora II knows what's in every tank, what condition it's in, and what to do about it.

A perfect model of every tank

The Aurora II holds a complete model of every batch tank on the wall. It knows the conditions, the level, and what's in there, and it can top any tank off the moment it's needed.

Nutrient bottle level tracking

The same model extends to every nutrient container feeding the system, tracking how much of each nutrient is left so you always know what's on hand before a batch needs it.

Hands off, once it's running

Once the system is up and running, all you have to do is calibrate your sensors and replace nutrients when the system tells you it's time.

No wasted tank.

Other batch systems sacrifice a whole tank just to prep batches for the rest, a tank you never actually use. Ours don't. Every tank on the wall stores its own recipe and feeds plants directly, so nothing sits there wasted.

The recipe, replicated perfectly.

Exactly like the label says

// how the nutrient company recommends mixing this recipe, by hand

Nuravine mixes every batch tank exactly the way the nutrient company recommends doing it by hand, only more precise.

Fill starts, silica doses in

+ start_fill(tank)
+ while filling:
+ dose(silica)

The fill starts, and silica doses in while the tank is still filling.

Ten minutes to bond

+ wait(minutes=10)
> let silica bond before anything else goes in

The system waits the necessary 10 minutes for silica to bond before adding anything else.

Each part, checked as it goes

+ for part in recipe.parts:
+ dose(part)
+ check(EC)
> confirm the target before moving to the next part

Every remaining part doses in sequence. The system checks EC along the way to make sure each target gets hit perfectly.

Catches what's off

- if part.reading != target:
-   fail_silently()
+ if part.reading != target:
+ notify(you, part)

If a part isn't perfect, or isn't there at all, you're notified. Nothing mixes wrong without you knowing.

The result

+ assert exact_EC(every_part)
+ assert exact_pH
> the same recipe, perfectly mixed, every time

A perfectly mixed batch. Exact EC for every part. Exact pH. Every time.

Two speeds, your call.

Precision mode

Really precise dosing, timed and checked part by part. It takes more time, and it's built for the batches where accuracy matters most.

Rapid mode

Need it fast? Dose in-line straight into a batch for rapid batch dosing. Same system, same hardware, just built for speed when speed is what you need. You get both options.

On schedule, or on demand.

Every tank runs its own program, and it changes as often as your plants need it to.

A schedule for every tank

Every tank runs its own schedule, and it changes automatically as often as needed, so your plants are always getting what they need at whatever stage of growth they're in.

Built for crop steering

Fill tanks on a schedule, or fill them on demand. With crop steering, a system that can fill up at any time is the key, so your plants always have what they're asking for, when they're asking for it.

Automated cleaning, built in.

Lines flush clean between recipes

The system can always clean out the lines and flush them with fresh RO water, so nutrient mix never carries from one tank to the next.

On a routine, or at the push of a button

Run advanced cleaning processes on a routine, or trigger one whenever you need it, cutting manual labor down to a minimum.

One tank, running all day long.

The single-tank system: one tank can carry as many recipes as your day allows.

One tank, many recipes

For a single tank, run multiple recipes throughout the day, switching from one group of plants to the next without adding hardware.

Exact levels, every batch

Level monitoring fills the tank to the exact amount, prepares the exact amount of nutrients you want, and sends it out to that group of plants.

Switch recipes as the day allows

Switch to a different recipe whenever you need to, running as many recipes as time allows in a single day.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a dedicated mixing tank?

No. Every tank on the wall stores its own recipe and feeds plants directly. There's no extra tank set aside just to prep batches for the others.

What happens if a nutrient bottle runs low?

The Aurora II tracks how much nutrient is in each container with bottle level tracking, and notifies you when it's time to replace one, right alongside the rest of your system checks.

Can it keep up with crop steering?

Yes. Tanks can fill on a schedule or fill on demand. With crop steering, a system that can fill up at any time is the key, so your plants always have what they're asking for, when they're asking for it.

How do recipes stay separate between tanks?

Automated cleaning flushes the lines with fresh RO water between recipes, so nutrient mix never carries from one tank to the next. Run it on a routine or at the push of a button.

How hands off is it once it's running?

Once the system is up and running, all you have to do is calibrate your sensors and replace nutrients when the system notifies you.

How many nutrients can it dose?

You can run up to 18 different dosing pumps on one system, so even the most complex recipe has a pump for every part.
